Do you want to generate more interest in your pet-friendly product or service?

Are you looking to expand your business throughout Las Vegas and want to share your vision with hundreds of animal lovers? Then the Neon Dog Walk Neon Village is for you!

With brand exposure to hundreds of participants, the Neon Village is a fun interactive way to showcase your products with our community.

When you become a vendor for the Neon Dog Walk, your vendor fee will support Nevada SPCA’s mission so that we can continue to care for and be a safety net for homeless pets in our community of Southern Nevada.

Vendor Fee: $100 
You may request any additional equipment rental (at cost) you may need by indicating on "additional items" field in the form. 

Nevada SPCA is only accepting pet-friendly companies for vendors at this time. Vendor forms will be reviewed and approved based upon category availability.  

In an effort to provide optimal sales for ALL vendors we will limit the number of vendors in specific categories for this event based on first come first served basis.

If you have special needs regarding space, or location, it must be noted with your application.

Vendor form submission closes on September 21, 2023 at 11:59pm PST or as vendor category/event space allows.

Please note: if you are selling food items/handing out samples, all food items must be pre-packaged.

HEALTH PERMIT (IF APPLICABLE):  Food vendors or tasting booths (including bottled water, soda, etc.) must obtain a temporary food permit from the Clark County Health District.  Events operated on County Property MUST obtain a temporary permit from the Clark County Health District.  These temporary food permits must be available on site.  The Clark County Health District will charge a late fee for permits not obtained 7 days in advance.  You will not be allowed to open if you do not have a health permit.  Health District Regulations must be followed during the event.  Any questions regarding temporary permits should be referred to the Health District at 702-383-1251.

Additional Donations
Do you wish to donate a portion of your gross sales during the event to Nevada SPCA? If yes, please provide details.

Vendor Fee & Additional Items Needed
Vendor booth space fees are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, your donation will be credited to an alternate date. 

Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, shade cover/tent, lights, etc. unless ordered in advance through this form from Nevada SPCA. Any additional items that you request for your area will be added to your Vendor Invoice.

I have read and agree to abide by all rules and requirements set forth by Nevada SPCA. I agree to pay the vendor fee of $100, in addition to the cost of any additional requested items. I understand the importance of noting required space and listing items which will be sold. I further certify that I have noted and/or will provide any additional supplies necessary in effect for Neon Dog Walk on Saturday, October 21, 2023. I agree to be fully set-up and ready for the public by 3:00pm on the day of the event and remain set-up until the end of the event at 8:00pm.
