Neon Dog Walk Food Truck Vendors

Food Truck Vendors should be completely self-contained (requiring no external power source) and will stage in their assigned areas as designated by Nevada SPCA.

Food Truck Vendor Fee: $100.00 fully refundable deposit returned to you upon showing up to Neon Dog Walk Event.

In an effort to provide optimal sales for ALL vendors, we will limit the number of vendors for this event based on first come first served basis. Food Truck Vendor form submission closes on September 23, 2024 at 11:59pm PST or as vendor category/event space allows.

If your space will be larger than average for a food truck, please include your necessary space requirements in the comments section of your application to ensure adequate space is secured for you.

Food Truck Vendors selling food or drinks must have a Clark County business license and current food permit. Both must be submitted upon approval of your application for verification and must be displayed at the event. Proof of liability insurance, vehicle insurance and registration must also be submitted.

Food Truck Vendors must submit a copy of their complete menu that will be served along with any additional items not included in the current menu which will be offered for consumption at the event.

To secure your space at the event all required documentation must be submitted to: neondogwalk@nevadaspca.org. Nevada SPCA will send you an invoice for the refundable $100 fee.

I have read and agree to abide by all rules and requirements set forth by Nevada SPCA. I understand the importance of noting required space and listing the food items which will be sold from my truck. I further certify that I will have all proper insurance, licensing and permits necessary in effect for Neon Dog Walk on Saturday, October 19th, 2024.I agree to pay a $100 fully refundable fee to Nevada SPCA which will be refunded upon showing up to the Neon Dog Walk. I agree to be fully set-up by 10:00 am on the day of the event and remain set-up until the end of the event at 1:00pm.
