WHO WE ARE:
Since 1982, Nevada SPCA is Southern Nevada's original no-kill animal shelter. Each year we take in over 2,500 dogs, cats and small pets, giving them medical care and finding them loving new homes. Our Community Support Desk helps pet owners in financial need with free food and veterinary assistance to help keep pets where they belong: with the people who love them. We are completely supported by the community through individual donations, foundation grants, special events, and fundraisers; your donations stay local and do not go out of state. Nevada SPCA is an independent local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are not affiliated with any other SPCA and are not a local affiliate of the ASPCA. We do not receive funding from any government contracts.
